Cricfy TV does not host any copyrighted content on our servers. We are a streaming aggregation application that provides access to publicly available streams from various sources across the internet.
However, we take copyright infringement seriously and will respond promptly to valid DMCA takedown notices regarding content accessible through our application.
Filing a DMCA Notice
To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, you must provide the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
- Your contact information (address, phone number, and email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act
- Your physical or electronic signature
Response Timeline
We review and process valid DMCA notices within 24-48 hours of receipt. Upon verification, we will take appropriate action which may include removing access to the specified content.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the material that was removed
- Your contact information
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your consent to jurisdiction of federal court
- Your physical or electronic signature
Important Notes
- False or bad faith DMCA claims may result in legal liability
- We may terminate users who are repeat infringers
- This policy applies only to copyright claims under the DMCA
